Welcome to CheapHosting Marketplace, a digital marketplace where users buy and sell code, templates, software and other downloadable products.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are eligible, how disputes are handled and what conditions apply to digital product purchases.


1. Overview

We sell digital products, which are delivered instantly after successful payment.
As digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we only offer refunds in specific cases mentioned below.

This policy applies to:

  • Buyers purchasing digital items

  • Sellers listing products

  • Payments made on cheaphosting.com

  • Withdrawals and dispute requests


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

File is not downloadable or link is broken
Product is completely different from description or demo
Major technical issue that seller cannot fix within reasonable time
Duplicate payment (charged twice accidentally)
Transaction failed but amount deducted


Refunds will NOT be provided if:

✗ Buyer changed their mind after purchase
✗ Buyer does not have required software, skills or environment to use the product
✗ Product was downloaded successfully
✗ Item has minor bugs that seller can fix
✗ Buyer purchased by mistake
✗ Buyer requests refund after customization or modification


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Login to your account

  2. Go to Purchase History → Support → Request Refund

  3. Explain the reason and attach screenshots if needed

  4. Our support team will review your request within 3–7 working days

If the issue is related to a specific product, we may contact the seller to verify details before approving or rejecting a refund.


4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Provide correct descriptions, previews and screenshots

  • Offer support for purchased items

  • Fix major bugs or broken files

  • Update products when necessary

If a seller fails to resolve a valid problem, a refund may be issued to the buyer.


5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Depending on payment gateways and banks, timing may vary

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only


6. Withdrawal & Commission Refunds

  • Once seller withdrawal is completed and payment is released, refunds are not possible for that order

  • Marketplace commission is non-refundable


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered policy violation.
If a user files a dispute outside the platform (bank/PayPal), their account may be suspended until investigation is complete.
